Bio

Gabrielle Bornstein is a newly admitted Associate Attorney at Emerson Law, P.A. Gabby earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2025. During law school, she participated in the Innocence Project Clinic, where she worked to investigate wrongful convictions and advocate for justice on behalf of underserved clients. Her interest in family law began before law school when she volunteered as a Child Advocate with Seminole County’s Guardian ad Litem program, where she represented the best interests of children navigating the court system.

After graduating and becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Gabby joined Emerson Law. She is eager to begin her legal career serving clients with compassion, diligence, and a commitment to guiding families through difficult times.

Outside of the office, Gabby enjoys spending time with her cat.
